I am writing to inform you of a Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) or TUPE transfer, which will affect your employment. The transfer will take place on [insert date].

As you may already know, TUPE regulations are in place to protect employees when the organisation they work for transfers to a new employer. Under TUPE, all employment rights, responsibilities and liabilities will transfer to the new employer.

I want to reassure you that your terms and conditions of employment, including your salary, holiday entitlement, length of service and any other benefits will remain unchanged. Additionally, you will continue to work in the same role and at the same location as before.
